Material Notes: PVC Homopolymer Dispersion Resin

F-10 is a medium molecular weight PVC homopolymer dispersion resin with low residual surfactant content. Plastisol prepared using F-10 exhibit low paste viscosity as well as excellent clarity and heat stability. Applications include sheet goods flooring wearlayer, low density chemical blow foam and strand coating

Note 1. 500 gm resin and 300 gm DOP, Hobart mixer mixed 5 min. @ No. 1 speed and 10 min. @ No. 2 speed, undeaerated
