Properties / Applications: Bayfill EA 2204 is a fully formulated two component system for the production of a friable energy absorbing (EA) foam for interior automotive applications. The Bayfill EA system is supplied as two components. Component A is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (PMDI) and Component B, is a formulated polyether polyol system. As with any product, use of Bayfill EA 2204 system in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
