Property: It is colorless or light yellow oily transparent liquid with slight cream odor. Soluble in common organic solvents, insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon, almost insoluble in water, good hydrolytic stability, slightly decomposed in alkaline solution, no obvious corrosiveness.

Use: It has good performance for fire retarding and plasticity. It can be used as fire retardant for PVC, soft or hard foam polyurethane, cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose paint, flame-resisting rubber and rubber conveyer belt. Besides self-extinguishing character, it can improve other performances of product, such as water proof, element resistance, antistatic performance, soft feeling, dosage is 5-10 portion, Ol. is 26. It can also be used as special pressure additives for lube, gasoline additives and heat cooling agent of magnesium.

Storage and Packing: In galvanized metal pail. Storage temperature 5-38°C, not over 35°, in dry air. Common chemicals.
