Honeywell Enovate® 245fa blowing agent (HFC-245fa, 1,1,1,3,3,-pentafluoropropane) is a liquid hydrofluorocarbon, which has been developed as a blowing agent for rigid insulating foams. It is a replacement for HCFC-141b and other fluorocarbon and nonfluorocarbon blowing agents. Enovate is a nonflammable liquid having a boiling point slightly below room temperature. It has a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and it is not considered a Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) in the US.
