Material Notes: Electroless Nickel with 25% PTFE. Tribocoat® is a proven composite electroless coating that has a superior combination of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, dry lubrication, and adhesion properties. It will coat tool steels, BeCu, forged aluminum, cast iron, and stainless steels. When used as a mold coating in the plastics processing industry, it reduces cycle time, gives quick effortless release, resists corrosion, and extends mold life.
