Deutsche Titan Tikrutan LT 27 Low-Alloyed Titanium  (discontinued **)
Categories: Metal; Nonferrous Metal; Titanium Alloy

Material Notes: Tikrutan LT 27 is a titanium alloy containing around 0.8% nickel and 0.3% molybdenum. LT 27 has better corrosion resistance than the commercially pure titanium grades but does not reach the corrosion resistance of the palladium-alloyed grades. When strength properties at room and elevated temperatures are required, however, LT 27 is superior to the materials RT 12 Pd and RT 15 Pd.
