Tra-Con Tra-Bond 813J01 Silicone Encapsulant
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Silicone

Material Notes: TRA-BOND 813J01 is a silicone adhesive system formulated to provide excellent thermal conductivity. This unique product bonds well to difficult substrates. Typical applications include encapsulation of heat generating devices such as transformers, thermistors or power sources and pour-in-place heat sinks. TRA-BOND 813J01 exhibits very low stress upon cure thus preventing component cracking and other stress related problems. It can be room temperature cured in thick or thin sections. This non-corrosive potting material will not revert when exposed to high temperatures. TRA-BOND 813J01 has a 6 month shelf life when stored at 25°C.
