| Product description: WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E is a nonionic macro emulsion of a reactive, aminofunctional silicone fluid. Application: WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E is particularly suitable as softener for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E is considered to be the best softening agent for PES/cotton fabrics. WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E improves the wash-and - wear properties and the crease recovery angle, sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning. WACKER® FINISH CT 45 E has very little effect on the degree of whiteness when usual application conditions are adhered to. Generally, no adverse effect on the shade or color fastness properties of coloured goods is observed.
