Braskem HD3000N HDPE Cast Film Extrusion Polyethylene Homopolymer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE); High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Film Grade

Material Notes: HD3000N is a high-density polyethylene, narrow molecular weight homopolymer produced by the solution process for cast film extrusion. It offers high processability, stiffness, and good impact resistance. It contains a phenol free antioxidant additive. Its applications include cast film extrusion for diapers, hygienic absorbers, and other specialties. HD3000N is indicated for processing in a plain die extruding machine in conditions that are similar to the other types of high-density polyethylene of equivalent melt index and density. Recommended temperature range: 250 to 290 °C.
