Westlake EPOLENE® C-23P Low Molecular Weight Polyethylene
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE)

Material Notes: EPOLENE® C-23P is a branched low density polyethylene powder with a relatively high melt point and viscosity compared to other EPOLENE® C-type polymers. It is useful to modify paraffin wax to improve grease resistance, blocking temperature, scuff resistance, and gloss. EPOLENE® C-23P polymer is commonly used for extrusion coating of board stock. EPOLENE® C-23P polymer has good high temperature stability, low color and low temperature flexibility.

All tests are run at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.
