Material Notes: Koolkut ACM is a low-viscosity, chlorine-free, inactive cutting oil developed for light-duty machining of aluminum, copper, magnesium and other soft, non-ferrous metals. It is specially formulated with high-quality base oils to provide good cooling and wetting of the cutting tool and workpiece, while penetrating and protecting them against corrosion and the formation of oxides. Koolkut ACM is clear, allowing good observation of the machining operation. It is noncorrosive to copper and copper alloys and nonstaining to aluminum, magnesium and other soft metals.
