Danquinsa DANCOLL® 245-62AN Primer
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: DANCOLL® 245-62AN is a 20% primer based on a polyether polyurethane. This primer is available in organic solvents. DANCOLL® 245-62AN is used as primer resp. for the impregnation and undercoating onto different textiles, especially onto polyester and polyamide fabrics. DANCOLL® 245-62AN distinguish itself through its extremely good resistance against hydrolyses, microbes and washes. The produced coating based on DANCOLL® 245-62AN is possessing very good adhesive characteristics at the later coating of polyether TPU’s.

Application: DANCOLL® 245-62AN is used for the impregnations of textiles, anchor coats or for the lamination of one and two component applications. For the two component application we would recommend the addition of the isocyanate crosslinker DANCURE 246-06. At the one component application the pre-impregnated textiles can be stored temporarily 6 months until they can be coated with thermoplastic polyurethanes. DANCOLL® 245-62AN can be even used for classic fabric coatings for textile belts, fire hoses and technical textiles. By means of DANCOLL® 245-62AN it can be achieved non-aligned films after the drying process and release of the solvents. Due to its chemical base the films are very good resistant against hydrolysis and microbes.
