Material Notes: St 6000® ELS is an ultra-high molecular weight low pressure polyethylene (PE-UHMW) with a molecular weight of approximately 9.2 million g/mol. St 6000® ELS (electrically conductive, stabilized) has a surface resistance of <1000, which is achieved by means of a high proportion of lampblack. This fills the gap between antistatic (AST) and ATEX (Atmosphere Explosive) applications. Properties: Electro conductive, Good sliding properties, High wear resistance, Zero moisture absorption, Excellent impact resistance.

Applications: Star configuration conveyors, Guide rails, Sliding profiles, slide bearings, slide rails, Shock and impact resistant part. Industries: Conveyor systems and automation, Drinks and bottling industries, Mechanical and plant engineering.
