Morgan Advanced Ceramics Kaocrete 250C low cement Thermal Ceramic
Categories: Ceramic; Oxide

Material Notes: Vibratory cast installation. Kaocrete 250C is a high-density, high-strength 3200°F (1760°C) low cement monolithic with excellent thermal shock and abrasion resistance and good volume stability. Its low iron content and high hot strengths provide excellent performance in extreme service conditions. General applications would be precast burner blocks and precast shapes. Applications:• Forge furnace hearths • Door jambs • Lintels and piers • Cartops • Rotary kiln nose rings, retainer rings and dams • Rotary hearth curbs • Walking beam furnace hearth • Pusher furnace hearths • Skid pipe protection • Troughs for molten copper
