Material Notes: Advantages:
  • GY-CA-P10 belong to the type of strong acid, which can provide the full reaction for fully alkylated melamine formaldehyde resin, without the high temperature baking requirement.
  • Compare to unblocked P-TSA, the paint with GY-CA-P10 provide better performance for the stability of storage, and also maintain its stability in the moderate temperature.
  • Compare to other amine salt, GY-CA-P10 show superior presentation on anti-yellowing function.
  • GY-CA-P10 can lower down the baking temperature and increase its stability according to its deblock temperature(135C-150C) compared to other P-TSA amine salts.
