Silicone coated cotton fabric combines the following properties: Silicone has excellent dielectric properties. It has excellent resistance to heat, cold, chemicals, ozone, UV and aging. Silicone is non-stick, neutral and non-toxic (it does not corrode or corrode the products with which it is in contact). Limitations: contact with petroleum derivatives, ketones, chlorinated, aliphatic or aromatic solvents, concentrated mineral acids. Low mechanical properties. Cotton is a natural fiber of vegetable origin. The cotton thread is issued from the transformation of the hairs of the Gossypium (or cotton tree). We also designate under the same name the fabric resulting from the weaving of this thread. Cotton is the first textile fiber used in the world despite the advent of synthetic fibers. Flammable. It decomposes around 160°C. Cotton is popular because of its characteristics: appearance, lightness, comfort and ease of assembly and transformation. Applications: - Industrial fabrics
