| INTERCOOL OP-100 is an ethylene glycol-based industrially inhibited heat transfer fluid optimal for freeze point suppression and single fluid heating and cooling applications with an operating range of -60°F to 350°F. Industrial Inhibitors Intercool OP-100 contains industrial corrosion control inhibitors, which have been specially formulated to extend fluid service life and provide a higher level of reserve alkalinity and fewer maintenance requirements through re-inhibiting. The inhibitor package consisting of Phosphate, Boron, Nitrite, and Tolyltriazole (TTZ) protects your system and its components, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, copper alloys, steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Intercool OP-100 is available in several concentrations (that can be diluted with de-ionized water) for custom freeze point suppression and offer fewer maintenance requirements through re-inhibiting. The specially formulated inhibitors provide longer service life and protect your system, making it the perfect solution for many demanding applications, including HVAC Systems, cold storage equipment, and vapor recovery systems. Intercool OP-100 will readily biodegrade and will not concentrate in common water systems though massive contamination must be avoided.
