An uncoated, transparent polyester film for the vacuum metallizing process. It is available in 48, 75, and 92 gauges, with other gauges available on special request. In its metallized form, type MBP is incorporated into package structures to utilize its outstanding barrier properties for the protection of sensitive food products to maximize shelf life.
