Polyethylene 800A is a general-purpose low density formulation used for injection molding applications that require good stress-crack resistance. Polyethylene 800E is used in general-purpose extrusion applications that also require good stress resistance. This formula complies with FDA regulations at 21 CFR177.1520 (c)(2.2) for use in articles for packing and holding food during cooking. Unless otherwise noted, all tests are run at 23°C and 50% RH.
