Material Notes: LUPOX semi-crystalline thermoplastic PBT resins exhibit properties including high strength, rigidity and good resistance to fatigue and creep at elevated temperatures. Furthermore, LUPOX resins show minimal moisture absorption, excellent electrical properties, plus good chemical resistance against water, weak acid and many solvents.

Applications:

    Automotive: Back beam, door frame garnish, distributor cap, rotor arm, head lamp actuator, bezel, door handle, ignition components, connectors, speed control device, window drive system

    Electrical and Electronic: Relay, lamp socket, solenoid and transformer bobbin, timer case, focus pack, refrigerator muffler, key top, condenser, switch, connector, electronic range door latch, zircon frame and blade, PC inlet socket

    Industrial Parts and Household Appliances: Pump case, oven handle, toaster and cooker housing, gear, insulator support and bracket, telecommunications cable splice closure, water meter housing, loose tube
