Shinil Chemical SHINCON PES-CNT Magazine Rack
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethersulfone (PES)

Material Notes: Magazine Rack is used to transfer, handle, and bake lead frame or PCB substrate in semiconductor and LED packaging assembly process. Current Metal Magazine is made of anodized aluminum which is expensive due to slow metal machining and anodizing process. Plastic Magazine is a viable alternative because it can increase productivity by fast injection molding and significantly improve the technical properties by CNT formulation. More important, the plastic material is lighter in weight because the specific gravity of the plastic is only half compared to aluminum. Overall plastic magazine will increase work performance of line operators due to easy handling as well as cost effectiveness.
