Conventus Polymers DuraPEEK XL1000 PEEK
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyketone; Polyetheretherketone (PEEK); Polyetheretherketone, PEEK, Glass Fiber Filled

Material Notes: DURAPEEK XL1000 is a high viscosity, unreinforced, unlubricated polyether ether ketone for injection molding and extrusion and can be cross-linked after processing by heat treatment. The semi-crystalline polymer features superior property retention at elevated temperatures vs standard PEEK, while keeping same chemical resistance. This grade offers very high resistance to creep. It is a reactive system and should be processed at low melt temperatures and short cycle times.
