Material Notes: Hifax polypropylene resins based on the Catalloy process are used in applications such as building and construction (e.g., single-ply roofing), industrial applications (e.g., wire and cable), and automotive industries. Hifax priovides good processability, excellent impact resistance, a broad range of stiffness from very soft to rigid products, high temperature resistance and low linear coefficient of thermal expansion.

Hifax TRC 2081X is a 30% talc filled PP copolymer, with excellent flowability, low CLTE (Coefficient of Linear Thermal Expansion), very good processability. The grade has been specifically designed for molding of large complex parts that require good dimensional stability. Material do not contain UV additives. The use of LyondellBasell Compounded Polyolefins in the following applications is prohibited: - Air bag unit housings- Seat belt systems and mechanisms- Brake systems and mechanisms- Pedals (brake, gas, clutch)- Steering systems and mechanisms- All parts for Medical applications use
