Descriptive Properties
Product overviewThe product is a white powder of hydroxyapatite micrometric particles suited for food products that cannot incorporate aqueous ingredients. Calcium phosphates are widely used to promote bone strength and health in dietary supplements, such as dietary pills and capsules. As human bone contains up to 70% of hydroxyapatite, this calcium phosphate is extremely interesting for these applications.
SolubilityPractically insoluble in water; insoluble in ethanol, soluble in dilute hydrochloric and nitric acid.
