Versalis Edistir® N 3982 General Purpose Polystyrene

Material Notes: General purpose polystyrene with good flow and high heat resistance. N 3982 belongs to the third generation of Edistir® GPPS. The third generation of verbalism GPPS is characterized by a brighter, neutral appearance in line with more sophisticated market needs. Special grade for direct gassing extrusion of heavy gauge insulating boards (XPS) foamed by blowing agents other than CFC and HCFC. Low viscosity processing aid and modifier for compounding.

Applications: XPS insulation panels with improved environmental compatibility. Master batch carrier. Modifier for thermoplastic elastomers and rubber (shoe soles, cable extrusion-coating).
