Chi Mei Wonderloy® PC-545 PC and ABS Copolymer, for 5G Product Applications
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; ABS Polymer; Polycarbonate/ABS Alloy, Unreinforced

Material Notes: Ultra-High heat, halogen-free flame retardant, 1.2mm V-0, 2.5 mm 5VA. Applications: Set-top boxes, projectors, computers, communication equipment, consumer electronics products, video game consoles, networking products.

WONDERLOY® PC alloy balances the properties of polycarbonate (PC) and acryloni-trile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS). The PC component provides high heat resistance, high impact resistance, non-halogen flame retardancy, and high rigidity and tensile strength properties. The ABS component gives better processability, higher impact strength in low temperature environments, and the ability to be electroplated. WONDERLOY® PC Alloy offers lower specific gravity and delivers balanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and a high-quality appearance. This material effectively reduces the visible signs of injection, provides a wider range of injection conditions, and improves the maintenance rate for related equipment.
