Material Notes: 3M™ Temflex™ Vinyl Electrical Tape 1776 is a good quality, economical, general-purpose vinyl insulating tape, manufactured in the USA. It has excellent resistance to abrasion, moisture, alkalies, acid, copper, corrosion and varying weather conditions. It is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tape that is flame-retardant and conformable. 3M Temflex Tape 1776 provides excellent mechanical protection with minimum bulk. It is a UL Listed and CSA Certified “Insulating Tape”.
