Premix Thermoplastics PRESEAL® TPE 6071
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE

Material Notes: PRESEAL TPE 6071 is a thermoplastic elastomer based highly conductive compound intended primarily for EMI gasketing and grounding applications. Conductivity is achieved with a silver coated glass sphere and fiber combination. PRESEAL TPE 6071 can be extruded like an ordinary thermoplastic elastomer thus giving great new possibilities in mass production. It has adhesion to selected thermoplastics, which opens construction possibilities with co-extrusion e.g. in making combined weather/dust/EMI gaskets. Recyclability is an added value. The material is silicone free.

Typical applications include EMI gaskets in mobile phones, mobile phone

* Tension test bar according to ISO 527 base stations and other wireless communication environment as well as in military applications.
