CYCOM® 5216 is a 200 – 250°F (93 – 121°C) curing, modified epoxy resin. Service temperature range is -67 to 180°F (-55 to 82°C). This prepreg is manufactured by hot melt processing and is virtually solvent-free. Glass fiber reinforced CYCOM 5216 is used in military and commercial helicopter blades and structures and is extensively used for engine nacelles.
