Ineos R55C-00 Clarified Polypropylene Copolymer

Material Notes: Grade R55C-00 is a high melt flow rate clarified and antistatic random polypropylene copolymer. It is designed for high speed injection molding of thin walled parts requiring very good mold filling capabilities, excellent clarity, fast cycle times and good stiffness-to-impact properties balance. This material meets the requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520. Preliminary properties listed below could later be subject to minor change.
    Applications:
  • Thin wall injection molding (TWIM) of multi-cavity parts
  • Stadium cups and containers
  • Audio/video media rigid packaging formats
  • Consumer products and housewares
