Material Notes: Advanta® specialty elastomers provides good fluid resistance and better high temperature performance than nitrile or HNBR and lower cost than fluoroelastomers. Available in two grades. ASTM D2000 designation EJ, FK. Satisfactory compatibility with lubricating, fuel, and hydraulic oils, vegetable oils and animal fats, aliphatic hydrocarbon, alcohols, and water above or below 80°C.

Applications include shaft seals, engine gaskets, radiators seals, transmission seals, valve lifter seals, vibration damping systems, valve stem seals, O-rings, hose, tubing, coated fabric, business machine rollers, and wire insulation/jacketing.
