Chesterton ARC HT-S High Temperature Corrosion Resistant Coating
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Epoxy

Material Notes: Description: ARC HT-S is a high temperature corrosion resistant coating for continuous operating conditions at elevated temperatures. It is easily applied by brush or roller and can be sprayed with conventional airless equipment. Spark testable, non-shrinking 100% solids. ARC HT-S is reinforced with high modulus reinforcements to improve long term resistance to cold wall induced blistering and delamination. Its unique chemistry allows for reliable long term immersion service at elevated temperatures without the need for post curing thereby simplifying installation. ARC HT-S is capable of in-situ curing.

Benefits:

  • High voltage spark testable to NACE SP 0188
  • Capable of ambient cure
  • Two color system provides visual indicators of mixing
  • Able to handle immersion in elevated temperature aqueous applications

Suggested Uses:

  • Process Cooling Water Heat Exchangers
  • Crystallizers/Evaporators
  • Centrifuges
  • Condensate Return Pumps
  • Distillation Units
  • Oil/Water, Oil/Gas Separator Vessels
