Typical temperature profile for processing compound is from 145°C to 190°C. The optimum temperatures depend on the type of machine as well as screw design being used to process. Feeding zone: 145°C, mold temperature: 0°C-50°C, nozzle zone: 150-170°C, melt temperature: 160°-190°C.
