Tipco Clearbatch - 10 Clarifying & Nucleating Masterbatch

Material Notes: Description: Clearbatch-10 is Tipco's Advanced Clarifying & Nucleating Masterbatch based on Polypropylene (PP) containing 10% of special proprietary additive that influences the Crystallization Kinetics of PP. It is suitable for Indirect Food Contact use & in Odor Sensitive PP Products that require high Clarity, Gloss & Stiffness. Polypropylene with Clearbatch-10 is called Clarified PP.

Applications: Clearbatch-10 is added to Polypropylene for a variety of end-use applications such as:

  • Thermoforming of cups, Trays, Transparent Panels, Containers
  • Injection Stretch Blow Molding of Bottles & Containers for packing Medicine, Baby Foods, etc.
  • Thin Walled Injection Moldings, Clear/Translucent Films, Sheets, Profiles & various Extruded Sections
