Material Notes: Product Description: Grilamid L 25 W 20 Y black 9992 is a semiflexible plasticized, medium viscosity, extrusion grade of Polyamide 12 (PA12). Grilamid L 25 W 20 Y black 9992 is impact modified, heat and UV stabilized. The main features of Grilamid L 25 W 20 Y black 9992 are:
  • High burst pressure
  • Exceptional impact strength also at low temperatures
  • Complies with the requirements of DIN 73378 class PA12 PHLY
  • Semi-flexible
  • UV and heat stability
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Low density, low weight
  • Easy processing
Application examples: Grilamid L 25 W 20 Y black 9992 is particularly suitable for the production of semiflexible tubes requiring good cold temperature impact strength with high burst pressure for use in automotive and industrial applications.
