BASF Palatinol® 11-9P-I High Molecular Weight Linear Phthalate
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Formula: C28H46O4

Description: Palatinol® 11-9P-I plasticizer a linear phthalate ester based on C9 and C11 alcohols. It exhibits extremely low volatility in vinyl for automotive applications that require low weight loss, long0term property retention and excellent low temperature performance properties. Palatinol® 11-9P-I is inhibited with 0.1% by weight of 1,1,3-tris(2-methyl-4-hydroxy-5-t-butylphenyl) butane

Applications: Palatinol® 11-9P-I exhibits superior performance properties over other 9-11 phthalates in vinyl. It is an excellent primary plasticizer for automotive interior trim parts and instrument panel skins.
