Material Notes:	Description: Clear grade with excellent wet combing and detangling benefits. Recommended for use in a broad range of conditioning shampoos. Chemical Name: Guar Gum Derivative C.T.F.A./I.N.C.I. Name: HYDROXYPROPYL GUAR CAS: 39421-75-5 Available in: Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America Applications: JAGUAR® HP-105 is a high molecular weight hydroxypropyl (0.6 DS) guar. Non-ionic thickening agent effective at low concentrations for transparent formulations. Compatible with cationic surfactants. Good compatibility with electrolytes and stability over a large range of pH. Enables the formulation of hydroalcoholic gels offering a unique "fluid" smooth feel. Allows formulation of transparent gel products which can be pumped/sprayed. Helps stabilize emulsions. Information provided by Rhodia, Rhodia has been acquired by Solvay.
