A. Schulman Diamond DIAMALOY GLY FXW749 Sheet Extrusion Grade, Sparkle/Pearlescence
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; ASA Polymer; Acrylonitrile/Styrene/Acrylate (ASA), Unreinforced, Molded

Material Notes: Diamaloy GLY FXW749SK resin is a low impact grade of ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate) with good resistance to weather aging and added visual effects (pearlescence). It has good melt strength for extrusion and thermoforming, and it can be easily coextruded.

Applications: Typical applications include those requiring a special visual effect, weatherability, durability, and some impact i.e., thermoformed shower stalls and pool and spa applications. As with any product, use of Diamaloy GLY FXW749SK resin in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.

A. Schulman has acquired Network Polymers & Diamond Polymers.
