Material Notes: Product description: Grilon TSC-30/4 LF 15 is a heat stabilized, normal viscosity PA66 + PA6 injection molding grade with 30% carbon fibers and 15% of a combination of PTFE and silicone oil. Grilon TSC-30/4 LF 15 has the following important properties:
  • Electrical conductive
  • Very high stiffness
  • Excellent sliding friction characteristics
Grilon TSC-30/4 LF 15 is used typically for slide bearing applications such as shaft bearing rings, gears, and planetary gears.
