Karina Karintox 70/6 Polyolefin Compound
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyolefin; Polyolefin, Wire/Cable Grade

Material Notes: Karintox is a thermoplastic polyolefin, flame retardant, non-halogen, and low smoke emission. Recommended for electrical coating for cables until 1KV. For a better usage/processing, manufacturer suggests a pre-warm/heat (2 hours in 70-80°C), mainly after being stocked for a long time. Low compression screws (1.2:1 is the ideal) and cleaving. Thermical profile from 140ºC to 165°C and melting temperatures no more than 180°C.
