Material Notes: Description: A family of high temperature moldables designed for a wide variety of uses. THERMOSEAL® FIBERPAK® MOLDABLES may be formed into shapes or linings, pushed into cracks and holes, or spread into thin sections as coating and separating mediums.

APPLICATION: THERMOSEAL® FIBERPAK® MOLDABLES are applied with the fingers, towels, spatulas, or from caulking guns. Gloves should be worn when hand applying. THERMOSEAL® FIBERPAK® MOLDABLES are easily formed to any contour or readily pressed into cracks and smoothed out. Water wet the tool to facilitate smoothing and contouring. Drying consists of removing the liquid portion of the mix usually by use of an external heat source at 220-200ºF • 95-150ºC for approximately six hours per inch of thickness.

  • High temperature sealing and coating
  • Light weight refractory shape manufacture
