Material Notes: General Description

WC and Co powders are agglomerates to the specifications herein. The WC particles in the cobalt matrix are less than 20 micrometers and average 2-5 micrometers. The resulting agglomerates are very homogeneous. The WC-12Co powder provides a dense wear-resistant sprayed coating with very good surface smoothness. This powder can be combined with other powders such as nickel alloys to improve the density and the surface finish.
