Material Notes: Compimide® TM123 (4,4'-Bis(o-propenylphenoxy)benzophenone, CAS 109423-33-8) is a co-monomer designed as a toughening modifier for the use with bismaleimide building blocks or with bismaleimide formulated resins to form tough and temperature resistant polymer networks. When formulated with bismaleimides, Compimide® TM123 provides thermosets with high glass transition temperatures. For instance, cured formulations with Compimide® buildings blocks and/or resins show Tg in the range of 260–280°C.
