Lucite International Elvacite® 2550 Acrylic Resin
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Acrylic (PMMA)

Material Notes: Elvacite® 2550 is a solid bead methacrylate copolymer resin. It is designed to provide excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and is a resin with good flexibility and medium molecular weight. As such, it has found use in staple cement formulations. Since Elvacite® 2550 is an all methacrylate resin, resistance to ultraviolet degradation with good exterior durability is expected.
