3M 32661 Heavy Duty Performance Coating - Part B
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: 3M™ HD (Heavy Duty) Performance Coating is 100% solids elastomeric lining especially developed for high abrasion and tear resistance with thick build up characteristics. It has good durability and adhesion to metal, fiberglass, aluminum, wood (plywood, OSB, etc.), concrete and masonry. It is a two component 1:1 by volume system with adhesion enhancement chemical complexes. The protective coating can be applied up to 500 mil thick and offers an ultra-fast cure that speeds production in an OEM setting. This aromatic formulation displays excellent chemical and environmental resistance while reducing the moisture problem that causes bubbling. It also offers high elongation and flexibility the produces high impact resistance. Neutral Part B is a lightly yellowish/translucent color and is design to be tinted by the customer (at the customer’s own risk) to the color required. Follow the manufacture of the tinting bases recommendation for percent loading of the color tint.
