Material Notes: Colorite Polymers offers a wide range of rigid vinyl compounds for extrusion and injection molding applications for the medical industry. These compounds can be formulated for the production of medical devices that require gamma or ETO sterilization (and can also be formulated to withstand the degradation and discoloration associated with ETO sterilization). These compounds are noted for their low odor and good early color characteristics. Custom color matching is also available. Manufacturer's Rigid PVC compounds offer good heat stability and high-flow characteristics for ease of processing. They are formulated to meet USP class VI approval. Complete traceability and lot identification of all compounds are maintained in our ISO 9002 manufacturing facility.
