Material Notes: VALOX 865 is a 30% glass filled, flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate/Polyethylene Terephthalate (PBT/PET) injection moldable flatme retardant grade. It has excellent chemical resistance and a UL94V0@1.5mm and 5VA@3.0mm flame rating. This grade also has improved aesthetics compared to standard PBT and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including steam irons, appliance, and lighting parts.
