Material Notes: Characterization: Bayfol CR 210 000000 is an extrusion film based on Makrolon® (PC) from Covestro and a copolyester.

Properties / Applications: Bayfol CR 210 000000 has excellent cold formability and outstanding color stability at high temperatures. Bayfol CR 210 000000 has been developed for graphic applications, with emphasis on color stability at elevated temperatures. This can be used for both High-Pressure-Forming (HPF) and In-Mold-Decoration (IMD) processes as well. Typical applications are automotive panels and dials. Bayfol CR 210 000000 is available in various standard thicknesses from 0.005" to 0.020" (125 microns to 500 microns). Other thicknesses are available on request. Current surface combinations of Bayfol CR 210 000000 are: gloss/gloss (1-1) and gloss/fine matte (1-4). As with any product, use of Bayfol CR 210 000000 in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
