Material Notes: Alumina Calcine. Hydraulic bond. A 1650°C grade, low iron, low cement gunning material exhibiting excellent CO resistance, high strengths at all temperatures, low porosity and excellent abrasion and impact resistance. Specifically designed for blast furnace stack gunning repairs. Higun combines the superior physical properties of a low cement castable with the practical advantages of a gunning material.

Applications: For blast furnace repair applications.
