Material Notes: Intro: 4,4’ diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( mdi ) is a difunctional isocyanate. It is a white-to-pale yellow solid at ambient temperatures but it Can be supplied in bulk tankers as a colourless-to-pale yellow liquid. The product is recommended for the manufacture of a wide range of elastomeric Polyurethanes. These include microcellular and solid elastomers for shoe soling, Polyurethane synthetic leather and automotive applications. MDI is ideally suited for high-performance polyurethane elastomer applications.
